The Resort
This fresh, new development will consist of 182 RV spaces in an access-controlled RV resort with full water and sewer connections, stable fiber internet, and 30/50 amp electricity hookups. Select spaces will feature full pad coverage for your valuable assets.
The resort will feature a clubhouse that incorporates a fitness center, a business center, a resident lounge and community kitchen and a laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a pool, a “beer garden” with a firepit, a playground, dog wash, outdoor fitness station, rental storage units and a catch and release pond with a perimeter walking trail. Other amenities include golf cart rentals and reserved parking spaces – both regular and oversized.

Jetstream RV Resort – Stafford is located off Moore Road in Stafford, TX, just south of Highway 90, in between I-69 and Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road. Located southwest of Downtown Houston, our location provides easy access to everything Houston has to offer. Jetstream RV Resort – Stafford is less than 5 miles to Sugar Land Town Square and First Colony Mall, providing fabulous shopping. The City of Stafford, as well as Sugar Land, offers surprising food combinations, world class performers in a state-of-the-art venue, nature trails, and captivating museums.

Jetstream RV Resort – Stafford’s cancellation policy is related to the time frame between the cancellation date your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.
NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RV SITES
For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”)
- (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit, Less $20, up to the date that is 14 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date,
- (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and
- (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
Holidays require a 30-day notice.
